Position: Line Cook job
About: Avion Hospitality is seeking a Cook II to join their team responsible for food preparation in various dining outlets including the restaurant, cafe, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquets, focusing on maintaining high standards and quality products.
Requirements: Previous supervisory responsibility preferred; At least 5 years of related progressive experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; Food Handlers Certification (must comply with State requirements); Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to work well in high-pressure environments; Thorough understanding of menus and food preparation; Compliance with safety and hotel operation standards; Familiarity with emergency procedures and sanitation practices; Attend meetings as required; Perform other duties as assigned by management.
