Position: Line Cook job
About: The hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada, is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join their team. The Line Cook will work under the guidance of a chef, preparing and cooking food according to the hotel’s standards for breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service.
Requirements: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; knowledge of menu items; ability to operate efficiently and safely in a high-paced kitchen environment; practices serve-safe methods in food preparation; proficient in pantry items, sandwiches, salads, and desserts preparation; follows opening and closing procedures; able to work independently with little supervision; maintains cleanliness and complies with food sanitation standards
