About: DBMC Restaurants operating as Walk On’s Sports Bistreaux is seeking dedicated and energetic Chefs/Cooks for various roles including Prep, Fry, Line Cook, Grill, Salad, and Sandwich preparation. The ideal candidates should excel in multitasking in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining positive working relationships with colleagues and ensuring adherence to safety and hygiene standards.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read recipes and tickets in English; reliable transportation; previous kitchen experience preferred; 18 years of age or older; physical requirements include continuous standing, bending, lifting/carrying items (up to 60 pounds), and exposure to heat; understanding of ingredient measurement and equipment operation; proficient in English for kitchen communication and food preparation
