Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required; ability to work in a humid kitchen environment for eight hours or more; ability to lift, push, reach, or carry 30+ pounds frequently; excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills; 6 months to 1 year of high volume or fine dining cook experience preferred; high school diploma or equivalent education/training
