Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Culinary Arts or Culinary Apprenticeship preferred; 1+ years of experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen preferred; 1+ years of experience with scratch cooking preferred; Sauté and/or broiler experience preferred; Ability to read, write, and understand English for managing kitchen staff, reading recipes, and communication; Manual dexterity to use kitchen equipment; Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperature ranges.
