Position: Line Cook job
About: Cinemark Theatres – Cinemark 18 and XD is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Cinemark Theatres, you will be responsible for preparing all required items in accordance with approved recipes and portion controls, following and executing prep lists daily, maintaining cleanliness and proper storage of all food products, minimizing food waste and theft, and collaborating with the server team to ensure accurate food orders.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; ability to follow recipes and portion controls; knowledge of food safety guidelines; effective communication and teamwork skills
