Position: Line Cook job
About: Avion Hospitality, a fast-paced kitchen environment, is looking for a skilled and experienced Cook to join their team. The Cook will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes, ensuring high-quality food, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Cook; Able to read and write English; Excellent culinary skills; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Strong attention to detail; Ability to follow recipes and cooking techniques; Excellent communication and teamwork skills; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines; Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds; Willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback; Maintain cleanliness and organization of storage areas; Assist in training staff in the operation and maintenance of kitchen equipment; Attend meetings as required by management; Perform any other duties as requested by management.
