About: The Red Onion Restaurant & Bar, located 2 miles east of the village of Woodstock, NY, is seeking an experienced and hard-working Hot Line Cook. Requirements: At least three years of hot line experience at sauté and grill in a busy, fine-dining restaurant; knowledge of French classic and modern sauce making; skilled in protein portioning/fabrication; ability to cook meats and fish to temperature and demonstrate basic knife skills; willingness to take direction and accept feedback
