Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: At least 18 years old; at least 6 months experience as a line cook in a full-service restaurant preferred (consider Prep Cook if less experience); strong knife skills and knowledge of cooking methods; attention to detail with weights, measurements, and volumes; cleanliness and organizational skills; ability to work in a team environment; comfortable standing for extended periods, lifting up to 50 pounds, and continuous bending, reaching, and twisting
