Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent experience in a full-service restaurant or related field; flexible and long hours required at times; ability to stand during entire shift, exerting up to 50 pounds as needed; must be able to maneuver safely throughout the kitchen; able to handle and operate various kitchen equipment and tools; approach guests in a friendly and service-oriented manner; maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards; adhere to schedule and dress code requirements; maintain high standards of personal grooming
