Requirements: Prefer a minimum of 2 years restaurant experience or the equivalent; must have knowledge and experience in the preparation of food items; meet personal schedule requirements punctually; project a friendly, courteous, and pleasant attitude; provide a clean, well-manicured persona reflecting the restaurant’s image; safely transport containers weighing up to 30 pounds; stand and/or walk for an entire shift; safely transport items on slick and uneven surfaces and stairs; retrieve and stock shelves and coolers; move about in all restaurant areas safely; accept constructive criticism; work a variable schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; perform in limited physical space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures
