Position: Line Cook job
About: Benihana, Inc. is seeking a skilled Line Cook to handle all grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed items in the kitchen, including the preparation and portioning of food items before cooking, such as tempura items, sauces, and grilled items. Responsibilities also involve plating and garnishing cooked items.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
