Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; uncompromising work ethic and attention to detail and cleanliness; ability to prep, manage orders, interact with guests, accommodate allergies, and operate kitchen appliances; experience with fresh seasonal ingredients and butchery appreciated but not necessary
