Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum legal age to serve alcohol; experience in a restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of sustainable and locally sourced ingredients; excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to handle a fast-paced environment calmly and efficiently
