Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant; strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations; ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods; strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency; must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs; availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; passion for culinary excellence, teamwork, and professional growth
