Position: Line Cook job
About: The Elizabeth Hotel & Emporium in Fort Collins is seeking a Line Cook to ensure proper service from the front line through quality control, training of line cooks, and ensuring proper sanitation levels. Requirements: Education/Formal Training: High school education or equivalent; Experience: 1-2 years in a related position with experience in sauté and grill cooking; Knowledge/Skills: Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen procedures; Physical Demands: Regularly lift food cases and equipment up to 70 lbs, climb periodically, bend knees during cooking, full range of mobility required, continuous standing, and ability to hear equipment timers; Environment: Inside work environment with varying temperatures; Posting Expires on 3/7/2025
