Requirements: Cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience; minimum two years culinary or related work experience; advanced culinary knowledge; proficiency in kitchen equipment operation and maintenance; ability to lift 40 lbs; standing for long periods; proficiency in knife skills and multi-tasking
