Position: Line Cook job
About: Hyatt Hotels – One Exchange Place is seeking dedicated Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Hyatt Hotels, you will prepare food items according to designated recipes and quality standards, maintain cleanliness, comply with food sanitation standards, ensure proper safety and sanitation of all kitchen facilities and equipment, ensure knowledge of the menu and all food products, and stock and maintain designated food stations. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a Line Cook or similar role; knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures; adherence to food safety and sanitation standards; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
