Position: Line Cook job
About: The hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook food according to the hotel’s standards and quality. The Line Cook will work under the supervision of the Chef, assisting with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service.
Requirements: Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to use cooking metrics and conversion methods, follow simple instructions, and handle standardized situations.
