Requirements: 2-4 years’ experience in fine dining or casual fine dining high volume kitchen; effective communication skills with management, guests, and peers; extensive knowledge of food and cooking techniques; positive attitude and commitment to kitchen safety; ability to work in a team and lift up to 40 pounds; at least 18 years of age
