Position: Line Cook job
About: A hotel in New Orleans, Louisiana is seeking a Line Cook to prepare and cook food consistent with the hotel’s standards and quality. The Line Cook will operate under a chef in a restaurant or food establishment, assisting with breakfast, lunch, dinner, banquets, and room service.
Requirements: Associate’s degree (A. A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; six months to one year of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to use cooking metrics and conversion methods for all cooking measurements. Ability to apply common-sense understanding to carry out simple instructions.
