Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; prep or Line Cook experience in a high volume, fine dining setting; strong knowledge of basic cooking, plating, and knife skills; availability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for the duration of shifts and lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.
