About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks for their location at 7390 NE Cornell Rd. As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food preparation. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of food items, following recipes, maintaining portion control and presentation specs, restocking items and utensils, and cleaning and maintaining the station. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting preferred; strong knowledge of food preparation techniques; ability to follow recipes and portion control guidelines; attention to detail and cleanliness in food handling; teamwork and communication skills
