Position: Line Cook job
About: Ruth’s Chris Steak House, located at 800 Green Valley Road, Suite 100, is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, you will passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications, ensure exceptional presentation by checking/dressing dishes before they are served, showcase superior dexterity skills to operate cutting tools quickly and safely, and measure ingredients and seasonings to ensure correct cooking and flavor profiles.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of food safety guidelines and procedures
