Position: Line Cook job

Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; Culinary Arts or Culinary Apprenticeship preferred; 1+ years of experience cooking in a fast-paced kitchen preferred; 1+ years of scratch cooking experience preferred; Sauté and/or broiler experience preferred; Ability to read, write, and understand English for communication and kitchen management; Manual dexterity to operate kitchen equipment; Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in varying temperatures.
