Position: Line Cook job
About: Finally Restaurant Group is currently seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Finally Restaurant Group, you will be responsible for preparing or directing the preparation of food following established production procedures and systems, ensuring correct preparation of all food items according to standard recipes and special diet orders. You will also be in charge of planning food production to align with meal serving hours while upholding excellence, quality, temperature, and appearance of food. Additionally, portioning and plating food for serving, following proper food preparation and handling techniques, and ensuring safe food storage practices are key aspects of this role. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment; ability to follow recipes and special diet orders accurately; understanding of food safety and sanitation practices
