Position: Line Cook job
About: The Hilton Chicago Magnificent Mile hotel is seeking a detail-oriented individual with exceptional time management abilities to join our banquet functions team as a Line Cook. The ideal candidate will ensure that each dish is prepared and presented according to recipes and presentation standards with precision, utilizing a variety of cooking techniques. This position requires weekend availability and offers a full-time schedule with varying shifts.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; experience in food service preferred; strong knowledge of kitchen safety and food storage; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work flexible shifts including weekends; cooking skills required; sanitation training certification required
