Position: Line Cook job
About: Awarded the Great Place to Work Certificate in 2024, our establishment is currently seeking a Line Cook to join our team under the direction of the Executive Chef, Chef de Cuisine/Kitchen Manager, and Sous Chef. The Line Cook plays a crucial role in managing and running production lines, food preparation, and maintaining kitchen organization to ensure smooth service periods and high-quality meals for our guests.
Requirements: A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen preparation and cooking; Fine Dining Experience preferred; Ability to read, speak, and interpret documents in clear English; Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds; Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 10 hours); Strong reasoning ability to carry out instructions and problem-solve effectively
