Position: Line Cook job
About: Limestone BBQ and Bourbon is seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join their team. This position offers an hourly wage along with tips, and the responsibilities include assisting with smoked meat preparation, operating various kitchen stations, following recipes, ensuring kitchen cleanliness, and maintaining food quality standards. The role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Requirements: High school graduate or equivalent; previous experience in cooking, culinary arts, or related fields; knowledge of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques; ServSafe Certified; strong attention to detail; ability to work well in teams; physical ability to lift up to 25lbs, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
