Requirements: Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification; Ability to work on feet in humid kitchen environment for 8+ hours; Must lift/push/reach/carry 30+ pounds frequently; Excellent verbal communication and multitasking skills; 6 months to 1 year or equivalent experience in high-volume/fine dining cooking
