Position: Line Cook job
About: HHM Hotels is currently seeking a Line Cook to prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards. The growth path includes progression to Lead Cook, Sous Chef, and Assistant to the Head Chef. Responsibilities include ensuring food quality and quantity standards, maintaining kitchen tools and equipment, following sustainability guidelines, practicing safe work habits, and assisting in food cost control. This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 2 years of related experience.
