Requirements: Previous experience as a Line Cook, Prep Cook, or similar kitchen role in a high-volume restaurant; Strong understanding of culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen operations; Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment; Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods; Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and consistency; Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift 50 lbs; Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays; Passion for culinary excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
