Position: Line Cook job
About: Responsible for maintaining food production quality control of all prepared items on the front-line station, ensuring consistency and compliance with health regulations in a 24/7 hotel operation.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; 2 years cooking experience preferred; current Food Handler Card required; basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, broiler and saut cooking, sanitation standards, kitchen equipment operation, and English language proficiency; ability to lift up to 100 lbs, use kitchen tools, work in varied temperatures and confined spaces
