Position: Line Cook job
About: Park Ridge Country Club is a private, family-oriented club located in the residential area of Park Ridge. The club focuses on scratch cooking and artisanal practices to create memorable experiences for its members and guests. Operating Tuesday through Sunday, offering à la carte and banquet services with varying service hours per season.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience as a cook; previous experience working a station on a restaurant line; knowledge and experience of various cooking techniques (grilling, braising, cold preparation); Food Handler Certification required
