Requirements: Minimum 1 years operations experience; Lifts and carries up to 70 lbs multiple times throughout a shift; Comfortable working frequently in a hot and damp environment; Ability to use hands 100% of the time; Must be able to walk or stand for long periods of time (6-8 hours); Must be able to hear well over loud background noise; Must be able to pass any safety and sanitation validation and/or testing; Ability to maintain a calm demeanor in a fast-paced, high-intensity environment; Willing and able to comply with the dress code due to the open kitchen setting.
