About: Charley & Co Defunct is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cook to join our team. The position entails preparing ingredients, cooking, and plating dishes as per recipes, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area, following food safety guidelines, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth kitchen operations for our brunch, lunch, and dinner menus.
Requirements: Experience working with a brunch, lunch, and dinner menu; proficiency in knife skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; capability to lift up to 50lbs; availability for full-time hours
