Position: Line Cook job
About: Prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards at a Latin Cuisine restaurant. Progression path includes Lead Cook, Sous Chef, and Assistant to the Head Chef. Responsibilities include maintaining food quality standards, inventory management, and kitchen equipment maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years of related experience, with a preference for Latin Cuisine expertise.
