Position: Line Cook job
About: Sea Island, a renowned restaurant, is seeking Line Cooks who are versatile and skilled at different stations within the kitchen, ensuring adherence to the restaurant’s specifications. The ideal candidates will handle broiling and frying tasks while maintaining high-quality standards and cleanliness in a team-oriented environment.
Requirements: Properly sanitize and set up station according to restaurant’s guidelines; Execute food production according to stated specs and timing; Stock and restock station as needed throughout the shift; Maintain a clean, clutter-free, and organized station at all times; Maintain clean and organized food and kitchen storage areas; Embrace teamwork and maintain a positive work environment; Break down and clean station at the end of the shift following the daily cleaning list; Complete a positional training program with ongoing validation measures; Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards; Perform other job-related activities as required or assigned by the manager
