Position: Line Cook job
About: Elizabeth’s Wine Lounge is currently seeking a Line Cook for their fine dining establishment in need of culinary expertise. The Line Cook will play a crucial role in executing daily food service procedures, ensuring the highest standards are met for every dish served in a fine dining setting. This position reports directly to the Head Chef, offering an opportunity to work in a dynamic and quality-driven kitchen environment at Elizabeth’s Wine Lounge.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of line cook experience required; 1-3 years of fine dining line cook experience preferred; food handler’s card; strong cooking and knife skills; ability to lift 50 pounds; ability to stand for up to 8 hours; reliable transportation; strong organizational and communication skills; attention to recipe and food safety procedures
Benefits: Competitive hourly rate of $17-$18 BOE plus a percentage of the tip pool
