Requirements: A minimum 3 years of experience in a well-rated restaurant; a culinary degree or other culinary training; prior experience prepping, setting up, and working a station (sauté, grill, eggs, or pantry); a spirit of cooperation with co-workers and managers; ability to learn how to safely use and maintain kitchen equipment; ability to learn, understand, and execute hygiene and safety rules; ability to perform the physical requirements of the job, carry up to 50 pounds, walk and stand for shift duration; commitment to maintaining availability that aligns with needs of the business
