About: Ruth’s Chris Steak House is a renowned steakhouse located at 1000 Harbor Boulevard, Lincoln Harbor. We are currently seeking a Line Cook to join our kitchen staff. As a Line Cook at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, you will passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications, ensure exceptional presentation by checking/dressing dishes before they are served, showcase superior dexterity skills to operate cutting tools quickly and safely, and measure ingredients and seasonings to ensure correct cooking and flavor profiles. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Grill Cook or Prep Cook preferred; strong passion for food preparation and cooking; proficiency in using cutting tools and kitchen equipment; ability to follow recipes and portion sizes accurately
