About: Ruth’s Chris Steak House, located at 2100 West End Ave, is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at Ruth’s Chris Steak House, you will passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items to quality specifications, ensure exceptional presentation, showcase superior dexterity skills with cutting tools, and measure ingredients and seasonings for correct cooking and flavor profiles.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; experience as a Line Cook preferred; adept at preparing food to quality standards; skilled in using cutting tools safely and efficiently; ability to measure ingredients accurately
