Requirements: High-volume experience in a upscale dining environment; Italian cuisine expertise with knowledge of pasta and pizza; Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods; Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Professional attitude with strong communication and organizational skills
