About: BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, located at 2425 W. Memorial Road, is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks. As a Line Cook at BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse, you will provide guest satisfaction through recipe execution, food appearance, and high-quality food. Responsibilities include preparing a variety of food items, following recipes, portion control, and presentation specs, restocking items and utensils, and maintaining station cleanliness. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen setting preferred; knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation regulations; ability to follow recipes and guidelines accurately; attention to detail and organizational skills
