About: Outback Steakhouse, located at 452 Southbridge St, is seeking Kitchen Staff/Prep Cook to join their team. As a Line Cook at Outback Steakhouse, you will passionately prepare, portion, and cook food items to Outback’s quality specifications. The ideal candidate should be committed to safe food handling, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation standards during their shift, using proper safety equipment, tools, and recipe specs. They should follow established food safety guidelines, recipes, standards, and procedures, while assessing ingredients and items for freshness and quality, rotating products appropriately. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a kitchen environment preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to follow recipes and standards diligently
