Position: Line Cook job
About: Aimbridge Hospitality – Le Meridien Pasadena Arcadia is looking for dedicated Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Aimbridge Hospitality, you will maintain a post on the kitchen line, prepare all food items based on standardized recipes, have thorough knowledge of menus and the preparation required according to hotel standards, complete necessary food and station preparations prior to opening, and prepare and display buffet food items.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred; knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; strong attention to detail
