Position: Line Cook job
About: Creative Culinary Management Company, founded in 2020 by Jean-Georges Restaurant Holding Company, operates a variety of acclaimed restaurants at New York City’s Seaport, offering unique dining experiences at different venues including family-friendly dining on historic cobblestones, intimate waterfront restaurants on Pier 17, rooftop dining concepts with views of Lower Manhattan, and globally-influenced establishments at the Tin Building by Jean-Georges. The Tin Building features multiple dining venues, a commissary kitchen, bakery, and exhibition kitchen for media opportunities.
Requirements: 2+ years of experience as a line cook; Knowledge of cooking techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety; Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and handle multiple tasks; Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Culinary degree or relevant certifications a plus; Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate to heavy loads; Flexible schedule availability for varying shifts including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
