About: Hersha Hospitality Management, LP is seeking a dedicated individual to prepare food items in accordance with production requirements and established guest service and sustainability standards. Join our team and embark on a growth path from Line Cook to Cook, advancing to Lead Cook, Sous Chef, and ultimately Assistant to the Head Chef. Focus on preparing food of consistent quality in a dynamic hospitality and restaurant setting.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role in the hospitality industry; Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adhere to quality standards
