Position: Line Cook job
About: Join our team at Anaheim Arena Management, LLC (F&B) to be a part of creating and developing the future of live entertainment and sports in Orange County. This part-time, event-based Line Cook position is located in the Food and Beverage Department of Anaheim Arena Management, LLC, offering a starting hourly rate of $23.00 per hour. As a Line Cook, you will support kitchen operations by assisting Chefs, overseeing menu item production, and ensuring safety and sanitation standards are maintained at all times.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum of 6 months of experience as a Cook at AAM or equivalent culinary experience; possess excellent knife skills and butchery procedures; solid organizational skills; maintain Safe Food Handler Certification; working knowledge of state and local health code requirements
