Position: Line Cook job
About: Benihana, located at 515 Zang St, is seeking Kitchen Staff including Grill Cooks and Prep Cooks to join their team. As a Line Cook at Benihana, you will be responsible for preparing grilled, broiled, fried, and sautéed items in the kitchen, prepping and portioning food items before cooking, such as tempura items, sauces, and grilled items, as well as plating and garnishing cooked items while maintaining a sanitary kitchen workstation. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role preferred
